• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
• To request cancellation, please contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order details.
• If payment has already been made, your amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

🔹 Cancellation of Customized Products

• Orders for prescription lenses or customized products cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as they are made specifically for you.

🔹 Cancellation by Eye Square Optical

• We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or payment issues.
• In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and issued a full refund.

🔹 Refund Timeline

• Refunds for cancelled orders will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
