Ordering & payment
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, BHIM), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), net banking (all major banks), wallets, EMI on most cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, for most serviceable pincodes. A ₹49 handling fee applies on COD orders below ₹999.
Can I get an invoice with my GSTIN?
Yes — at checkout, enter your business GSTIN in the billing details. We issue a GST tax invoice (HSN 9004 for spectacles, HSN 9001 for lenses, 12% GST) for every order. The invoice link is in your order confirmation email and also downloadable from My Orders after delivery.
Prescription
How do I add my prescription?
At the lens selection step, you can:
- Enter manually — Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, PD (we explain each field).
- Upload a photo — clear photo of your prescription. Our optician verifies it.
- Submit later — proceed with the order; we email you a link to submit within 48 hours.
How recent does my prescription need to be?
We recommend 12–24 months. If older than 24 months, we'll dispense but suggest a fresh eye check.
What's PD (Pupillary Distance)?
The distance in millimetres between the centre of your two pupils. Crucial for lens centring. If you don't have it, we'll guide you through measuring it at home — or use the average 62 mm.
Delivery
How long will my order take?
Tier 1 cities: 2–4 working days. Tier 2: 3–6. Tier 3/remote: 5–9. Prescription lenses add 1–3 days for manufacturing. Exact ETA shown on each product page when you enter your pincode.
Where is my order?
Check status at My Orders. You'll also get email + SMS with tracking link once shipped.
Can I pick up at your store?
Yes — write to us with your order number and we'll keep it ready at our Nashik store at Landmark Apartment, Shop 9, College Rd, near Nandan Sweets, D'souza Colony, Nashik, Maharashtra 422005.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
14 days for frames, sunglasses, and accessories (unused, original packaging). Contact lenses with broken seal are non-returnable. Full policy here.
Do you have a warranty?
1 year on every frame against manufacturing defects (hinge breakage in normal use, finish peeling). Accidental damage and water corrosion excluded.
My new glasses give me headaches — what should I do?
Allow 5–7 days to adapt, especially with progressive lenses or a strong prescription change. If discomfort persists, contact us — we re-verify your Rx and re-make at our cost (within 30 days of delivery).
What if my glasses don't fit?
Bring them to our Nashik store and we'll adjust the nose pads, temple curve, etc. at no charge — or ship to us for the same.
Contact lenses
Do I need a doctor's prescription for contact lenses?
Yes. Contact lens prescriptions differ from spectacle prescriptions (they include base curve and diameter). We require a valid contact lens prescription from a registered optometrist.
How do I know which lens is right for me?
If you're new to contact lenses, start with monthly disposables in a well-established brand (Acuvue Oasys, Air Optix HydraGlyde, Biofinity). For occasional wear, choose dailies (1-Day Acuvue Moist, MyDay). Coloured lenses are typically monthly. Email us for personalised guidance.
Account & orders
Can I order without creating an account?
You can checkout as a guest, but creating an account lets you save prescriptions, track orders, and reorder easily.
I forgot my password.
Use the forgot password link on the login page. We email you a secure reset link valid for 60 minutes.
