These Terms govern your use of https://eyesquareoptical.com (the “Site”) operated by Eye Square Optical, located at Landmark Apartment, Shop 9, College Rd, near Nandan Sweets, D'souza Colony, Nashik, Maharashtra 422005, GSTIN 27ARCPN8623P1Z5. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By creating an account you confirm the personal information you provide is accurate.

2. Products & pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST at applicable rates (HSN 9004 for spectacles and 9001 for lenses — 12%).
  • Prices, availability, and offers may change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Frames are dispatched with the lens configuration you select (Standard Anti-Glare included, paid upgrades extra). Frame-only purchases ship without lenses.
  • Contact lenses are dispensed against the prescription you provide; we may delay shipment to verify your Rx with a qualified optician.

3. Prescription & medical disclaimer

  • Prescription eyewear and contact lenses are dispensed against your submitted prescription. It is your responsibility to ensure the prescription is current (we recommend renewing every 12–24 months).
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order where the prescription appears inconsistent, expired, or unsafe.
  • We do not provide medical advice. For eye health concerns, consult a qualified optometrist or ophthalmologist.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept by sending you an order confirmation email with a GST tax invoice link. If we can't fulfil — out of stock, suspected fraud, prescription concerns — we will refund any payment in full within 7 working days.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Accepted methods: UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (where available). You authorise us to charge your selected method for the order amount.

8. GST tax invoice

We issue a GST-compliant tax invoice (HSN 9004/9001, 12% rate) for every order. The invoice is linked in your order confirmation email and downloadable from My Orders. If you are a registered business and need your GSTIN on the invoice, enter it in the billing details at checkout.

9. Coupons & promotions

  • Coupon codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise.
  • We may revoke a coupon if we detect abuse (multiple accounts, bot signups).
  • Coupons cannot be combined unless explicitly allowed.

10. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, images, code, logos) belongs to Eye Square Optical or our licensors. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or scrape without written permission.

11. User content

If you submit a review, photo, or testimonial, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing — credited or anonymised at our discretion. We may moderate or remove user content at our sole discretion.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

13. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control — natural disasters, government action, courier strikes, internet outages, pandemics.

14. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
